AbstractWe have studied the feasibility, safety and efficacy of vaccination with autologous dendritic cells pulsed with eluted peptide in patients with advanced low-grade B-cell malignancies. This study demonstrates that autologous dendritic cell vaccines can be successfully produced from patients with advanced disease and be delivered without significant toxicity.
